This is done for CDCR and Velocity. I don't really understand which parts of HDFS are deprecated and which ones are staying (this is not a request for somebody to explain it to me), so I left that one alone.
If you link me to the blobstore deprecation JIRA, then I can close those as well. I think I have the mechanics of this figured out by now.
