Thanks all for your various suggestions.
I'm sorry for cutting into the conversation but let's focus on the simple
binary decision on "migration to GitHub issue is better or not for us" here.

My proposal is about nothing but the transition to GitHub issue from Jira;
introducing other new tools like GitLab, or something else is another
discussion.
