LUCENE-3228 addresses this issue: When building a X.Y.Z-SNAPSHOT version, Solr
javadocs links to Lucene javadocs are to the most recently built nightly
Jenkins javadocs. When building a release version, links are to the Lucene
release javadocs for the same version.
