Because {{*.war}} is not included in the set of patterns of artifacts to be
signed in {{sign-artifacts-macro}} in {{lucene/common-build.xml}}, the
{{solr-X.Y.Z.war}} maven artifact isn't being signed by {{ant sign-artifacts}}
when run under {{solr/}}.
