Attachment: LUCENE-3687.patch
new patch with setXXX methods on Norm class. I also fixed some JavaDoc issues
since computeNorm signature has changed. All tests pass but still need to add
JavaDoc to the norms class.
patch created with svn diff --show-copies-as-adds for readability.
