I think perhaps the biggest obstacle to overcome is the indexing side. We need
to modify the transfer syntaxes to allow documents within documents, represent
that in AddUpdateCommand/SolrInputDocument, and flow it through to finally call
IndexWriter.addDocuments() to add them as a single block.
