Maybe instead of opening up end-user QP syntax to control block joins, there
should be configuration that tells the query parser how to create the parent
bits filter, which fields are in "child scope" vs "parent scope", etc.? This
way if a user does a field'd query, where some fields are parent and some are
child, the QP would know to create BJQ?
