Yeah ... there's some risk of dependencies getting out of sync, but it's still
better then not having licenses in the solr binary packages (i'll open a
distinct issue to track brainstorming improvments)
Ok, new patch, assumes the following svn copy commands which i left out of hte
patch to keep it easily readable...
