I don't agree. When I worked on SOLR-3855, I very often got errors from
BasicDistributedZkTest.testDistribSearch, but I couldn't know whether I
introduced a bug or if it was a random failure. This is very frustrating and
can make us commit buggy stuff because we assume the bug is in the test.
