I just dont get it:

Here is getTempDir calling genTempFile in a loop, depending upon whether not
files already exist.
Here is genTempFile:

final Random random = new
Random(RandomizedContext.current().getRandom().nextLong());

So it may or may not pull randomness, depending upon whether or not this was
the first test class to run in this JVM?!
This seems like it would completely destroy test reproducibility.
