As far as i'm concerned Uwe, the bottom line is:
1) You accused Oussama Jilal of being a spammer for doing nothing more
then following the instructions provided by MoinMoin.
2) You continued to suggest that Oussama was a spammer in direct reply to
a message from Steve pointing out that they had followed the instructions
requesting to be made part of hte ContributorsGroup.
3) Even if you were not initially aware that the Moin Moin wiki encourages
users to create pages like this, you continued to suggest that Oussama's
page (in and of itself) was still spam, in direct response to a message
were I explained the existence of this "user page" feature of MoinMoin.
#1, by itself, may have been a missunderstanding -- but after #2, and
especially after #3, I think you owe Oussama an apology.
