I said in general that this "looks to me like spam". Nothing more, clear and precise - my personal opinion and feeling when I see such commits to the wiki. If I would have been Oussama, maybe I would have put some short sentence on the personal page or don’t start it at all. I registered my MoinMoin account approx. 5 years ago, so I don’t know what's on the signup page, but I never filled out a page about myself - for that I have a blog and personal homepage. I did not say that he is a spammer, just that this looks like spam which was sent to the wiki several times before.
