Need to write up some docs of the various plans discussed in jira for how to
maintain the solr ref guide moving forward...
* single live version tracking stable branch
* who has edit perms (committers) and why
* how/where people should submit doc feedback (comments, and cleaning up
comments when changes are rolled into docs)
* PDF snapshots per minor release (based on SOLR-4886 outcome)
* errata page(s) for mistakes in older docs (should be dynamic and linked to
from docs in PDF)
* trunk-pending page/section of wiki for docs about things that are trunk only
that wont be included in PDF but can easily be moved/copied into the approprate
section once trunk gets renamed 5x
