There seems to be a modest amount of Solr work in progress that probably
wants to be in Solr 4.5. I would suggest another two weeks for Solr work to
finish and bake. Maybe cut an RC0 on, say, 9/23. Or maybe things will have
settled down in a week and it would be worth an RC0 in a week, with the risk
of an RC1 a few days or a week later.
