Ading a MergeScheduler that uses Tasks
- Adds a MergeScheduler that uses Tasks (default is still
ConcurrentMergeScheduler)
- Adds tests to test TaskMergeScheduler
- Added the NUnit Project Guid that was continuously added by Visual Studio
