Yes, it is currently at MyGet here:
https://www.myget.org/F/spatial4n/api/v2.
@synhershko has given me access to push the `Spatial4n.Core` package to
NuGet, but not the `Spatial4n.Core.NTS` package (which is required by one of
the test files). So, for the time being I have left both of them on MyGet.
Note that NetTopologySuite also has no .NET core support, so we will need
to disable the one test file that needs it in that case (until support is
available).
