FYI I have pushed QueryParser.Flexible to master. This branch can now be
brought up to date by either merging master, or if you prefer you can update
one chunk at a time by integrating these working branches (in this order):

Any chance you can post the Highlighter tests (finished or not) to your
working branch (or a new branch)? Or, could you give an estimate how long it
will take to complete them?
