We are expected to remove old releases from dist.apache.org a few days after a new release is available. The only place where more than one release would be visible for a longer time will be https://archive.apache.org/dist/lucenenet/ I'm on the fence WRT to creating subdirectories in there or not, it may get crowded without additional structure.
