Uses the full test name in NUnit tests, so that it's clear where inherited tests come from. Fixes #923 ## Description This is seemingly only possible by using a .runsettings file with the NUnit `DisplayName` property set to `FullName`. I could not figure out a way to get this to work by setting it programmatically.
