Go constructor autogen
Adapt for recent changes to Clownfish in apache/lucy-clownfish#26.
A couple constructor bindings which were hand-coded can now be
autogenerated.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rectang/lucy ctor_autogen_go
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/lucy/pull/15.patch

Remove now-redundant Go ctor bindings.
Now that Clownfish autogenerates constructor bindings, these are not
needed.
