What's the main Checkstyle / FindBugs config?

I'd like to tinker with the settings as I try to fix as many of the
warnings as I can and as are appropriate, and disable some more
questionable ones.

I see config in buildtools/ and maven/ -- is it supposed to be that
way, which is the real one?
