This patch converts the rest of the Mahout examples to the Hadoop 0.20.2 API.
It includes ports of MultipleOutputFormat and MultipleTextOutputFormat from the
old API stack. With no unit tests thereof; however, I am holding off on
committing this until I have done more testing.
Since these classes are also needed in core, it might be better to create them
there rather than in examples.
