Maybe its a dumb question. But dont we have access to edit the page to update
the svn repository url to point to the new url?

Option 1 - To set a redirect so that any hits to
http://mahout.apache.org/developer-resources.html gets automatically redirected
to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAHOUT/Developer+Resources
Option 2 - To modify the existing page to add a banner alerting people that the
new developer resources is available @
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAHOUT/Developer+Resources.
But for both these options we would need access to edit the page.
Does anyone have access or another solution ?
