This looks stalled. It's a reasonable idea but seems like a mini-project for
mahout-utils. Mapping all these attribute types meaningfully to a Vector is
cool but needs to be done right. Is there a use case here -- a system besides
Weka that produces ARFF, or common data sets out there in ARFF format?
