On sorting the order of input -- Dmitriy I think I kept my hands off the cases
where it looked like it was not a simple matter of iterating through the
results from globStatus() and listStatus(). The patch is, well, a mess to read.
What in particular are you referring to so I can double-check? anything
involving SSVDSolver.partitionComparator for instance? I didn't touch those.
We can definitely add sorting support.
