0.7 Release Engineer Needed

We need a volunteer to become the Release Engineer for the upcoming 0.7 
Mahout release. Shannon took this on last release and reported the 
instructions 
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAHOUT/How+to+release) were 
excellent and the process went smoothly.

We are in the last stages of completing/triaging outstanding issues for 
this release and I would hope we can get to code freeze within a week.
