Hi Sean,
I understand your point of view. Sorry I cannot be more helpful and detailed at
the moment (I was testing on some temporary instances on AWS and already
terminated them, posting a stack trace would require me to start from scratch
and find the stack traces). If I manage to find some spare time in the coming
days I will try to post a few more detailed bug reports.
I was using the binary distributions without Maven.
