Its correct that there is only one patch attached. The second time the code was
directly committed to trunk without attaching a patch to the JIRA (Hudson would
anyways log the revision# against the Jira).
If you are trying to see what has changed against a specific JIRA, I would look
at Hudson's Jira entry which would include the files modified and the SVN
revision#.
