Yeah- I usually go by Andy- probably would have been a better username choice..
I should be able to take this on. Any help is definitely appreciated. I'd
like to:
1. Come up with a loose convention for the algorithm docs at least and update
any applicable.
2. As discussed on @dev, split the dropdown tabs on the main menu Into
- "Mahout-Base-BLAS-Optimizer" (whatever we come up with as a name for what
we've been referring to as "scala" / "DSL": basically the Engine Neutral
section of that side of the project.
- "Mahout-Spark-Environment": This would include the Mahout shell and any
Spark-Optimized algorithms
- "Mahout-MapReduce-Legacy" : Basically everything MRLegacy that is now in
Classification, Clustering and Recommenders now.
3. Redo the main page to explain the direction our mission of scalable machine
learning is taking.
This is just a first thought so any input is appreciated.
