That works for me. I wasn't sure if we were considering the shell as the main
part of the "environment", and the engine neutral stuff - H20 and spark
bindings - as part of "mahout Algebra".
I do like the idea of having algorithms tab.
Its easy enough to move stuff around especially with three categories.
