@avati ok i created two issues, MAHOUT-1736 to track allreaduceBlock() and
MAHOUT-1737 to track AewUnaryFunc physical operator in H20.
there are a couple of samplers there as well that would be nice to support
at least with approximate methods similar to what was applied in spark but if
they are not supported oh well.
But the former two are much more essential for portability support.
