Sorry for double email- I told him to make the PR to `community/docker` as this will be some unofficial docker files to help people get started on mahout on docker at first. I'm not even sure how docker image releases work under apache, I remember a thread on some mailing list recently, I'll go track it down and see what the outcome was.
