Karl Wright commented on CONNECTORS-470:
----------------------------------------

Hi Ahmet,

Currently I don't know of any of our developers that use IntelliJ. Several use
Eclipse. If you post to dev list ([email protected]) they may give you
some pointers.

The summary of the operations presented by your interrogation of the Lists
service is incomplete. I don't know if that is because you interrogated it
without full permissions, or because Microsoft has elected not to display the
full capabilities of the Lists service in SP 2010. In any case, the
functionality we needed from the DspSts service that does not work anymore is
the following:

- find the list of documents for a given site and library GUID
- find the list of metadata field names for a given site and library GUID

You may be able to find fuller documentation for the Lists service online. I
know for a fact that it is possible to get this information from the Lists
service in SP 2010, because a colleague (who works for another company) was
able to do it. I have been waiting to find out if he's able to contribute his
code, but so far he has not heard back from his superiors.
