Unfortunately it looks like the ContentIterator class is only available in the
Microsoft.Office.Utilities assembly. So I think that makes it unavailable for
use for our purposes.
I'm afraid then that we have no choice but to do the unlimited query on the
server side, and chop up the results into chunks when it is done.
