Ok, we're getting closer.
I modified your LLServer slightly to get user info on the service account. It
didn't work initially because the domain was in there.
I then used my opentext username and it worked. So there's something in
LivelinkAuthority.java that's saying it's failed when it really isn't.
I'll revert back to your code to try and recreate the NPE...
