Muhammad Ahsan commented on CONNECTORS-736:
-------------------------------------------
I just tried connecting using Active Directory Explorer and it works.Perhaps I
am not putting my user I.D in the right place? Do I put the user I.D after the
server name(e.g server.something.com\ID0019)?Because Manifold has a field for
'LDAP server name','LDAP server port','LDAP server base','Bind to server as
user' and 'Bind to server with password'. So where would user name go? Also in
the server base field I only have 'dc' items, is there anything else I should
include in there?

> Operating System: Windows 7 (64-bit)
> Using: Manifold 1.2
> Description: Been trying to connect company wiki with ManifoldCF, we use
> secure-sso. Keep getting "Error: Unexpected response code 302:" when I use
> the LDAP connection I created with the wiki page repository. And a "Threw
> exception: 'Communication error: localhost:389'" with the authority
> connector. Does any one have a link to a good tutorial for setting up the
> LDAP connection with manifold or any tips?
