Please find the attached patch for this improvement.
I have decided to split the patch into two, this is the first patch containing
Velocity templates for Repository,Job javascript and Repository,Job view.
I will submit the other patch for Repository/Job HTML edit template.
I want you to review and let me know, if I am moving in the right direction.
I have tested with my Livelink instance and didn't find any issue.
