I have just committed a second iteration and I have added support for content 
migration flag in the CMIS Repository Connector. 

This for using the content path as documentURI, in this way we should solve the 
issue with the removeDocument method, I need more debugging on this, it is very 
tricky.

I have also added support for recreating the same path for migrated contents in 
the CMIS Output Connector, it seems to work very well.

I see the light :P
