Hi Andrei, and Welcome! IMHO, the first place you should start is here at the SMP (the Strategic Marketing Plan). It will give you an overview. http://marketing.openoffice.org/strategy/ The main marketing page is here, but again, I would personally start at the SMP. OOo is a HUGE project, though, so don't expect to be able to understand everything at once. Give yourself some time to lurk on this list, and get a feel for it.
