In Australia for example the costs are A$ 120 to apply and A$ 300 once the application is granted. http://www.ipaustralia.gov.au/trademarks/fees_index.shtml In the countries suggested I imagine the total cost would run to several thousand in fees and some registrations would require renewal occasionally. Sun would need to cover these costs assuming they were interested ?
