Thanks, Jason. I forgot to mention in my previous note that although I organised
and printed almost everything we had, a lot of the actual work on the material
was done by Linda Worthington (including the fabulous covers on the draft user
guides for OOo2.0) and others on the OOoAuthors list -- and Nicu, whose cool
seagulls designs were a big hit.

I know we do have some professional designs available. What we didn't have in
this case was any way to get *big* (at least poster sized) banners and other
display material for this conference. We should have several sets of pre-done
conference display material that could be kept by, say, the marketing reps and
taken or sent to conferences.
