sorry, I may have missed something that is, obviously, very important: are you saying that some people or that the MP leads don't create a positive atmosphere, or, worse, that they don't make you feel appreciated?
I'm not Daniel, but as I posted a very similar note about Authors to this list just a few minutes ago, I'll answer your question too.
Several of us have been posting here and elsewhere about our frustration with things not getting done, or taking forever to get done, or "shot down" when they come up.
Those statements come from a lack of positive atmosphere and lack of appreciation -- not just on this list, but others, and not just in MP. I don't want to assign blame for this situation, but it's definitely a serious problem and deterrent.
