If the purpose of the art project is to get the job faster and better, the logically, in any occassion where using the art project does not make the job neither faster nor better, we should avoid going through the art project. The basic principle here is simple: Do whatever gets the job done best. Some times that is the art project and some times not. Some times that is the MP project and some times not.
