Yep, and the CEO of Moniker is point blank refusing to disclose the 
identity of the "new owner" saying it's a privacy thing.

From asking an associate at Affilias, there's always supposed to be (at 
a minimum) the correct technical contact there, which Moniker is not doing.

Googling for further info on Moniker's CEO leads to a lot of very mixed 
info on the guy.  Quite a lot of self promotion crap, and other 
less-than-positive indicators.  i.e.:

Makes me wonder if they really do have a client using it, or if they 
just decided to keep the domain for themselves.  :-/
