This is almost the case when you are dealing with non free software.
i know, BitMover is the most recent example
so it MAY or MAY NOT be distributed along with a version of OOo built with GCC 4/GCJ?
Do you need JRE when OOo is built with GCC 4/GCJ?
it may be needed: gcj do not replace yet 100% the functionality offered by JRE (but is very close, one the few remaining obstacles, building wizards was solved very recently)
