OOoCon is the yearly OOo conference.
I won't comment on any project's choice of lists, but I think that the
time to make a new list is when there's so much traffic that it's hard
to cope, and the time to close a list is when there is almost no
traffic. By that measure, the OOo users list could be split into two.
