For brainstorming, general discussions and first drafts the incubator seems to me to be the best place. But if someone wants to create a wiki page on a not already mentioned marketing theme, he/she could start doing it - provided two facts: 1. It follows the conventions we are going to agree upon Title "Marketing--[Name of page]" first entry "[[Category:Marketing]]" (if you would agree on it - otherwise the Marketing--Index page has to be edited too) content some kind of ready to present (I don't like page drafts where you are not able to find out what the author wants to say) 2.
