Nope, it was my idea, and I did most of the work. Ask Hirano from the Japanese community. You might be confused by the fact that they got the last codename. But if you look at the archives, you'll see that it was me. For example, you'll see that I wrote the voting software, and I hosted it on my personal website (because I couldn't host it on the OOo website) and that I was criticized because the system I setup to ensure people didn't vote twice had some problems. Does any of that ring a bell? Check the archives, ask Hirano.
