We certainly don't have one available, but I think a presentation (video, slideshow, .exe or whatever) that outlines the arguments for using OOo (whether or not they mention MSO) should be included in such a CD. This may help for when people install OOo and want to give the CD to their friends to install, but can't argue sufficiently.
Again, more long-term. Perhaps you can create a wiki page for this project that includes the specifications (i.e. box size, what manual to use, what programs to include)? That way we don't have to have circular discussions on the list of what the purpose of it is. If you like, I can help you create the page.
