Well, you would have to check with the Native-Language projects
corresponding to the languages you wish to include and the Distribution
project as well. If I understood you correctly, you would have
1° the default binary of OOo
2° the languages packs bundled beside it.
Please be aware, however, that languages packs are not available for
every language OOo is localized in.
